Alcoholic Beverage Law
John D. Pringle is a former prosecutor for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. John D. Pringle, P.C.’s practice includes assisting clients in applying for all alcoholic beverage licenses and permits. As part of their assistance, John D. Pringle, P.C. advises clients in the formation of business entities, negotiation of leases, including the purchase of business entities or their assets. John D. Pringle helps clients develop employment manuals, intoxication and minors policies, and provide training to clients’ employees. The firm also defends clients against the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission as well as local law enforcement agencies. John D. The firm advises and represents insurance carriers, and insured’s in diverse disputes. These frequently involve policy defense in personal injury cases such as automobile accidents, bad faith claims, business accidents and disputes, subrogation, coverage opinions, and Stowers issues.

The firm advises clients of contract, employment, insurance, licensing and permitting issues as well as defending disputes relating to same. Representation includes the formation of business entities, negotiations of leases and other contracts including management, concession, and services agreements. The firm also provides assistance in developing personnel policies, updating corporate books and resolutions, and giving general legal advice relating to the clients’ business and employees.
Workers' Compensation
John D. Pringle, P.C. provide complete representation before the Texas Department of Insurance including the Division of Workers’ Compensation. The firm provides clients with up to date information about workers' compensation in Texas. John D. Pringle has extensive experience handing workers' compensation claims before the former Texas Industrial Accident Board. He has represented insurance carriers in pre-hearing conferences, special formal hearings, and appeals to the state district courts. John D. Pringle have extensive experience representing clients before the former Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, now Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation in benefit review conferences, contested case hearings, reviews to the Appeals Panel, medical disputes and administrative violation cases as well as before the state district courts, state courts of appeals and Texas Supreme Court.
